Michael Benedetto
Michael Benedetto is the Assistant Director of Information Technology for the American Museum of Natural History and has held this position since 1998. The focus of his position is on the design, implementation, and security of the Museum's enterprise network infrastructure. As a member of the Museum's Disaster Recovery Committee, Michael is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the information technology portion of the Museum's disaster plan. Prior to taking his position at the Museum, Michael was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Cybernex Information Management, an Internet service provider and information technology consulting firm. He holds several certifications in technology, information security, and information assurance.
