Criis Geer Chagnon Criis Chagnon is a Museum Specialist with the Smithsonian Institution. She has been working for the Smithsonian, currently as part of the Museum Support Center's Collections Support Staff and previously for the Office of Exhibits Central, for 9 years. She has handled and moved thousands of natural history specimens ranging in size from hummingbird eggs to whale skulls including: articulated skeletons, furs, textiles, sculpture, pottery, mounted birds and mammals, boats, meteorites, and dinosaur bones. Most recently Criis has been an integral part of the relocation and re-housing of oversized specimens. LINKS |
